Built for Scale. Designed for Humans.

This is why that matters.

We didn't start Bellatatum because the market needed another consulting firm.

We started it because the work deserved to be done differently.

OUR STORY

WHY THIS

After 15 years inside enterprise marketing organizations, a few patterns became impossible to ignore.

The creative teams and the technology teams were speaking entirely different languages and nobody was translating. Leaders kept reaching for the next shiny tool, convinced that new software would fix what was really a systems and culture problem. Everyone had opinions on how to build a better process. Very few had ever actually built one. And accountability — the thing that makes any of it hold — was treated as optional.

The result was predictable: fragmented ecosystems, exhausted teams, and marketing organizations running harder every year with no clear answer for why the numbers weren't moving.

The dysfunction was never a technology problem. It was a translation problem. And translation is exactly what we do.

When teams have a process that actually fits the way they work, the stress of how do I do this disappears and they can focus on what they're actually there to do.

WHY NOW

The industry is at a genuine inflection point.

Yesterday, teams were quietly scolded for using AI. Today, they're expected to lead with it. The pressure is real, the timeline is compressed, and most organizations are navigating the shift without a clear map — while still being held accountable for the same pipeline numbers.

This is exactly where outside perspective becomes most valuable. When you're inside an organization, competing priorities steal your focus before the real work gets done. An outside team can laser in on one problem, solve it, implement it properly, and move to the next with change management handled in a way that leaves teams feeling equipped rather than steamrolled.

Bellatatum was built for this moment. Not to chase the trend, but to help organizations move through it with structure, clarity, and genuine care for the people doing the work.

Executives wanted scale. That's reasonable. But how you integrate the humans into that scale?

That's what determines whether it actually works.

WHY US

Built for Scale. Designed for Humans.™

It wasn't a tagline someone handed us. It's the belief that powered this firm's founding and it came from lived experience watching what happens when organizations optimize for scale at the expense of the people executing it.

Marketing and creativity are fundamentally human. They require judgment, collaboration, and the kind of trust that only grows when teams have infrastructure that fits the way they actually work.

Bellatatum was founded by Amanda Thall; operator, educator, artist, and advocate. Before building enterprise marketing systems at organizations like Empower, DaVita, and Google Cloud, she taught high school mathematics. That foundation still shows up in everything we do: clarity over complexity, structure that serves people, and a deep belief that when teams are genuinely set up to succeed, they do.

We also believe in building a different kind of firm. One that actively mentors women and girls in technology and STEM. One where the work is excellent and the culture reflects that. One where creativity, balance, and ambition coexist. Because the best systems are built by whole people, not burned-out ones.

The Operator Behind the System.

Some consultants hand you a slide deck and call it a strategy. Amanda Thall builds the system, stands it up, and makes sure it runs — then leaves you better equipped than when she arrived.

Amanda Thall is a marketing executive with 15+ years building enterprise-scale systems across healthcare, financial services, and B2B technology. She has spent her career doing the work most organizations avoid: turning fragmented, duct-taped marketing functions into connected, intelligent growth engines.

Most advisors are strategists or builders. Amanda is both. She comes from the operator's seat: she has run global teams, owned multi-million-dollar technology roadmaps, integrated marketing systems through $5B+ in acquisitions, and built delivery operations supporting 16,000+ annual initiatives. When she maps a transformation, she knows exactly what it takes to execute it.

Before her corporate career, Amanda began as a high school mathematics teacher; a foundation that still shapes how she leads. She believes clarity, structure, and a genuine respect for how people learn are the difference between systems that get adopted and systems that gather dust.

Named a Top 50 Women Leader in Colorado (2026) by The Women We Admire, Amanda brings the same values to every engagement: integrity, transparency, and care for the people doing the work. Growth built on those foundations lasts.

If this resonates, we should talk.

Bellatatum engagements start with an honest discussion about where you are, where you need to go, and whether we're the right fit.
